Returns & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling an order

You can cancel free of charge before your order is dispatched. Contact us with your order number and we will refund you in full.

2. Returns

You may return an item within 7 days of delivery if it is unused, complete and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

3. Items we cannot accept back

Opened chemicals, adhesives, sealants, lubricants and sprays, for safety reasons.

Steel and metal cut to your requested size.

Used consumables such as cutting discs, blades and drill bits.

Opened personal protective equipment such as respirators and ear plugs.

4. Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Report the problem within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return delivery, at no cost to you.

5. How to return

Email hotsteel.my@gmail.com or WhatsApp 017-903 6475 with your order number, photos and reason.

We reply within 2 business days with return instructions.

Change-of-mind returns are shipped back at your cost; returns caused by our error are at ours.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 5–14 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item, depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or the Sale of Goods Act 1957.
